Education for Death
a short film Disney released during World War 2 I believe as anti-Nazi propaganda. I didn’t edit it at all, and got it from a history teacher at school. Enjoy.

Pravda: USA needs nuclear explosion to turn the world into dictatorship
Pravda | Is the United States going to put dictatorship into effect under the guise of the anti-terrorist struggle? What may trigger another major transformation in 2009? The answer is obvious: another 9/11 in the USA.

what is important about this is it is what it is showing you about the u.s. now. the same things are happening here!
the things in the cartoon shown about germany actually
happened, and now they are happening again, but they are
happening in the u.s.

Yes, it’s all “high” German, i.e. correct German!
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
I think today’s America is an improved version.
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
Its amazing and scary, that people in the west are still buying this 60+ year old wartime propaganda about Nazis. And of course, today unlike back then. A Nazi is any white person who does not support mass non-white immigration into white countries. LOL!
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
And how does this apply today to America?
Public education dumbs us down.
Our mass media is a propaganda war machine.
Iraq, Afghanistan - no WMD, no 911 ties but we are there destroying those countries.
Iran - no WMDs, demonized by the mass media;the western world has 20,000+ WMDs.
Pakistan- done nothing to us but we are attacking them in the name of the phony “war on terror”.
Our troops fight for not one just cause.
Are we the new nazis (Neo-cons=neo-nazis)

Does anyone know how much real German they’re using? I can pick out a few words, but is all the dialogue real German?
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
Great piece of propaganda I must say, it does show how the young were brainwashed which was true…but not all germans were bad at the time just afraid which is Ironic when they were meant to fear nothing:P
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
Could be, I interpreted your “I love this movie” as you were caught by the propaganda… a bit
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
That’s not nice and sympathetic at all!
Are you sure we can’t go with my theory?
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
The message is rather, that killing the nazi-soldiers is okay, because they are not human anymore. Watch the part where little Hans is adult. He looks like a robot. Truth is, that many soldiers were scared, and found themselves forced to believe in the NS-ideology, because there simply was no way out… This film has it’s purpose in strengthening the moral of the allied soldiers and making them forget about the human beings they kill on the battlefield.

lmao, the prince and sleeping beauty part always kills me
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
we didnt exactly send millions of people to labour camps or even send thousands to POW camps and brutally mutilate and torture people.
there was a reason for dropping that bomb and its horrible to say but as an australian im thankful, the japanese wanted to take over this country.
democracy might be fucked but we arent out to enslave the world like the germans and we dont believe we are the superior race like the japanaese did.

I hate that the Nazis have used foxes in anti-semetic messages.
there’s one not known which is a story of Renart the Fox from “Renard et Ysengris”. In the Nazi erison, Renart rids the town of the evil rhinos. The rhinos where the Jews.
foxes are not evil.
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
You’re welcome!
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
The message that the nazi soldiers aren’t in themselves evil but rather brainwashed is nice and sympathetic. I love this movie.
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
Thanks! I was wondering about that.
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
i laughed all the way through the sleeping beauty part. especially at 3:15 when she tries to suffocate him.
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
Yeah, ‘cuz capitalists have NEVER bombed the shit out a country and killed tens of thousands just for having a different economic system….
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
No, it isn’t…Rich people hire people and buy things. To do this they spend money. That’s a fact. Live with it.

Trickle-Down Economics=Piss on the Backs of the Poor
And no, it doesn’t work. You’re “when have you ever worked for a poor person” response is a logical fallacy.
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
Oh, I know! Look at it - looks like a worm poking out of a tin can! The animator (guessing it was Ward Kimball) had to have been inspired by it.
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
gee… ya think?
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
Really? So, when have YOU ever worked for a poor person? Trickle-down Economics has worked ever since money was invented.
January 8th, 2009 at 2:40 am
not really their among the worst, trickle down economics just doesn’t work.
